The tech John Umpleby who did our inspection and service was very thorough and took his time explaining the process and answering all my questions. He made me feel very confident in the Terminix service. Very satisfied with this first visit and I feel certain they’ll be able to help us with our pest control.

Neil has been taking care of the pest control for our home and we couldn’t be happier with his service. He’s always friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. What really stands out is how willing he is to take the time to answer our questions and explain things in a way that makes sense. It’s clear he genuinely cares about doing a thorough job and making sure our home is well protected. It’s rare to find someone who combines knowledge, reliability, and such a positive attitude. We truly appreciate the care he puts into his work and highly recommend him.

The technician came just before the blizzard and there was lots of snow on the ground. He managed checking around the outside of the house. He was very thorough. He’s extremely friendly. He would make a great next door neighbor
