Steven was responsive, kept us informed and did an outstanding job sealing up the entry point where a rat worked his way in. Very personable, respectful of us and the property, he double checked the entire job and previous work, reassuring us that the problem was resolved.

I spoke with Xavier regarding my Terminix warranty, and he was extremely helpful. He clearly explained the details of my warranty and addressed several concerns I had. He was attentive, listened carefully to my questions, and remained polite, professional, and understanding throughout our conversation. I will definitely contact Terminix in the future for any termite-related issues.

Terminix always does a great job. Our technician is always very thorough and sensitive to any needs or whatever we may be seeing in the house or in the yard. Very helpful with advice and always flexible when we need to change a service date or time.
