Jim came to do my treatment and he was also very polite and nice and knowledgeable and taught me a lot. I’m very pleased with decision to go with Terminix other companies did not even call me back or they were not open

My wife and I discovered a plumbing leak recently and we wanted an inspection to make sure there were no termites. Our inspector Larry was amazing! He was very patient with us.. we never delt with an issue like this before. We had a ton of questions and he answered each and every one ..very honest and up front! (From pricing, to what we receive in the service) He built value in the staff and the many services the company provides! Needless to say, we went with Terminix (NO BRAINER)!! I will recommend Larry and the Terminix company to our friends & family! If we could give 10 stars... we would! TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!! BIG SHOUT OUT TO MR.BYRD!!

Today, after a recent experience, I want to express my deep gratitude to Mark Trego, Larry Byrd, Jimmy and Charlie. Within 4 days, they identified, planned and executed a solution to the problem. This COMPANY lied to me and my husband. A guy name LARRY! Came to my house we asked for the cost up front and we paid its UP FRONT! While he was at our house he didn’t “know” the cost up front and called us later to tell us. And we gave him a card through the phone call TO PAID IT ALL UP FRONT. TURNS OUT he signed us up for a contract a bundle and on autopay for a whole year without our consent. HE NEVER mentioned he was signing us up for a yearly auto pay. PLUS OUR COST UP FRONT. We are know paying twice as much for a service we didn’t request. Please stay away from this company or they will sign you up for a contract never mentioning it to you!only way I found out was by Monthly transactions reports. We asked to take my card off file and they denied us. We will never again use this compa
