I had a great experience with Matthew Clark from Terminix. He was professional, attentive, and truly took the time to see everything we were seeing in our home. He didn’t dismiss our concerns — instead, he listened carefully and provided clear solutions and helpful resources to address the issues. Matthew was knowledgeable, respectful, and made us feel confident in the plan moving forward. He is a great representative of Terminix, and his customer service really stood out. I highly recommend him to anyone needing pest control services.

Nick is very nice and thorough. Went above and beyond to take care of our issue. He also put up with our dog Rascal who is very nervous around strangers. He was easy to reach when we needed to contact him. It was a great experience.

Brian is a great worker and communicated extremely well in this process. He has done my service for the last 2 years and hopefully it will be him in the future as well. I've had some bad experiences in the past with other service people from terminal and he has made up for the not so good experiences. Great person. Thank you.

The technician arrived within window given. He was very polite and friendly. He explained what he was doing and where he was inspecting. He even pointed out some other possible areas to watch not to do with this particular inspection. He took his time with his inspection didn’t seem rushed. He really cared.

Bryant was our technician again this year and he is great. Very thorough. Very personable. And explains everything along the way.
