We have been using Terminix for over 10 years and highly recommend their services. They are very professional and take care of you like you're family. Drew has made sure that every house we have lived in has been pest free!

Unfortunately my experience was no where near what I expected. I made an appointment with terminix based on a recommendation (different location). When I made the appointment and explained the situation to the person who scheduled me I made a specific point to ask her "do you guys seal any spots with foam or the steel pads that you find that are entry points for rodents or pests? I was told specifically "every technician has their own process and will seal the way that they deem appropriate for your case". I was also told that they will check back in with me in 10-12 days and because someone else I know that used Terminix stated they come back and check traps etc (another reason I specifically booked with them) but I was told they will not come back out to do that check up in person. Justin came out today to perform annual inspection. He was on time, very personable and professional!!! Thanks!!!

Still waiting for a phone call. They never got back to me. I called again and it said "office closed" during office hours. Young lady I spoke to, 2 wks ago was very nice
