Terminix

Once again, 1 am leaving a 5 star review for Brandon at Terminix who goes above and beyond with all aspects of customer service and technical skills! He consistently checks in with me before coming out and coordinates everything in such a courteous, professional, and organized manner. We hired Terminix for preventive treatment around the outside of our property, and because of Brandon's help, we've had zero issues. Brandon is respectful, knowledgeable, and clearly knows exactly what he's doing. Highly recommend!

Austin alerted us as to the appointed date, then texted us before he came out. He knocked on our door to ask if we had any special requests, and knocked again when he was finished. He is always friendly and polite and does a thorough inspection. No pest activity found and no mice in our kitchen this year!,

Saul was very polite and called before his scheduled arrival time so I wouldn't have to wait. He was prompt, courteous, and gave me a full explanation of what he was doing to remove the fungus from my crawlspace. Afterwords, he took the time to show me pictures and encouraged me to call If I had any questions or concerns. He was absolutely great!

We've used other pest control companies in the past, but recently moved into an older home (built in the 1800's) and saw some evidence of bugs, mice, and birds getting into parts of the house. Terminix have been in their own league of treating the property - the birds gone same day, within a week no more bugs, and already on the way of solving the mice, with proactive check-ins and follow ups to stay on top of the issue. Our follow up was with Ken Beeler and after seeing some of the mice traps triggered he even went ahead and did more exclusion/sealing treatments on top of cleaning up the traps and getting new ones placed. Terminix has been great for our peace of mind, and I'm looking forward to continue working with them.

Aaron has been my rep for years and makes sure my services and coverages keep the house pest free! Most recently, Ken did a great job checking potential entry points in freezing weather and a foot of snow, still sealing up areas that could be used by pests to get in the house. Highly recommend!
