Terminus Roofing and Restoration

I had a great experience with Terminus. Their work was excellent and reasonably priced. I had a dead area on my roof that caused leaves to collect and led to deterioration of the siding. They repaired that problem area and also fixed shingles on a few rooflines that were not originally installed correctly on my 10‑year‑old roof. They were professional, thorough, and helped me stay ahead of future issues. I really appreciate the quality of their work and would definitely recommend Terminus to anyone needing roof repairs.

I recently got a new roof and skylights with JD at Terminus. JD was great to work with though the sales process and claim with insurance. The roof was as expected, but the new skylights blew me away. I had debated just filling them in, but am so glad I got new ones. They are such an improvement and even came with remote control shades. They even fixed the drywall damages when the old ones were removed. I would highly recommend Terminus. I interviewed and looked at several competitors and I feel I got both the best price and the best service. If I needed a new roof tomorrow I would give them a call to do it again without even asking other companies.

I just had my roof replaced today and I have to say that this was actually fun to see how quickly, efficiently, and professionally Terminus was with getting my roof replaced! I had the honor of working with Jakob Houwing from Terminus. Throughout the whole process, Jakob was very polite and helpful with explaining the insurance/claims process, the quality and warranty of the shingles used, the day of installation roofing process, etc. No matter what questions I had for Jakob, he was very knowledgeable and gladly answered all of them! All in all, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had working with contractors!!! The whole Terminus team was great to work with, but Jakob was amazing!!!!
