This guy Bill was great I was referred to him by my real estate agent and man. I basically called him late Monday night to get a termite inspection on a house we are buying and thank gosh I did not only did he show up early he got the inspection done before I even got to the house I only gave him overnight notice to do this. An he did it and perspective house will be treated and my wood won't be eaten up. Go to Terites r us. He's heaven sent. Really good guy

I made the mistake of looking for termite-control service in the Cincinnati area through HomeAdvisor. Although I just asked for the company names, not to be put in contact (I was working and was going to research them later), all three companies called. No big deal. Except that Termites R Us called TEN TIMES within a few hours. That was too desperate and aggressive for me, so I put a call block the two phone numbers they had called from. Then, later in the day, THEY CALLED MY PARENTS. TWICE. I know it's easy to get information online about relatives and their phone number, but it's shockingly unprofessional and unforgivable.

Termites R Us has treated several homes for me and my clients. Terry is very thorough and affordable. Definitely will keep referring him a lot of business.
