Have an older home on a sloped lot that previous owner did not have downspouts or gutters on so significant erosion and run-off issues. TerraScape was the most comprehensive and professional for the same price of three bids. They made an L shaped retaining wall to protect deck & pillars from erosion and front serpentine retaining wall/flower bed with buried downspout and popup plus 2 containment boxes & 100ft french & solid drain with popup at street to address poor drainage in sideyard, dirt back fill and grass seed/some sod to stabilize all in 3 days, crew of 2-5. Joe came back next day to follow up. Pleased with end result though nervous throughout. Likely more tweaking needed as watch effects but a big step forward with tackling MO torrential downpours in this new reality of climate ch
