Terranova Construction did a phenomenal job doing a complete bathroom renovation at my home. The owner, staff, and crew worked very closely with me throughout every step of the construction project from beginning to the end result. They were meticulous throughout the process. They were all professional, knowledgable, and easy to communicate with. I am thrilled with how wonderful my new bathroom looks. I would highly recommend them. I would ask them to do a construction project again.

We engaged with Terranova to remodel the kitchen and two bathrooms in our loft in SF. My wife is a commercial interior designer with exacting standards for design and quality of work. It was a fairly complex and, at times, challenging, project, including a kitchen from FORM, with which the Terranova team did not have previous experience. Overall, the Terranova team did a good job. We are happy with the results they delivered. A few little things came up post-completion, which Steven and team resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Terranova's one-year warranty for their work is definitely reassuring, as is knowing that they won't disappear after the last invoice is paid. We found Terranova through BLOCK and they ultimately re-did our bathroom. We love our new bathroom. Communication from the start was always clear and our project manager was on top of everything from acquiring permits and dealing with the inspections. We have a very old house so we got held up a bit with inspections and had to have a few electrical and plumbing change orders which always sucks but we anticipated it could happen. We went over our timeline which is frustrating, but again, old house and unforeseen change orders so we always knew it would be a possibility and they just kept open communication with us and we powered through.
