Mark and his crew are a game changer. My New Patio and the landscaping they did for us made our home a palace. We got eactly what we wanted and his team worked tirelessly to make us happy. The work is amazing and we finally have the back yard we always wanted.

Really bad experience with this service provider, specifically Mark, we inherited them through previous owner just to find out that they hardly did any work for landscaping and property Maintainence. When we tightened the follow up Mark started giving lame reasons and did not follow back. We tried to give more work and agree with a price and details of the job upfront but that too was left half done. We still paid them for the job that was done and asked hom to complete the job that was still pending. To our dismay we found that he had walked away from the job just to find months later that now Mark is calling and harassing and even he is threatening to take stuff down and damage property. Please stay away for such service providers

Life is too precious to pay people who do not take pride in their work. I first hired Terrapin in June 2018, but my most disappointing encounter with Mark and his staff was fairly recent. Following the (first of the season) weekly mowing service completed on Monday, April 22, Terrapin did not come again until Saturday, May 4 (after my pleading phone call on Friday, May 3). If we were under a HOA, we would have been in the weeds (no pun intended). Prior to that, I’d called Terrapin last month and inquired about the start date and another question I had – I spoke with Mark, and while he did give me an approximate start date, he said that lawn mowing was – quite frankly – the last service on their minds right now, as this was the busy season.
