Terrazas Maintenance

Terrazas was absolutely amazing to work with. They did an incredible job fixing up our backyard including completely digging up our old patchy grass and clay soil and installing healthy soil with brand new sod and fresh bark mulch. They trimmed up all our shrubs, plants, and trees and hauled away all the old debris and mess. They were pleasant to work with and completed the job quickly. I’m already thinking of future projects and can’t wait to work with Terrazas again. I cannot recommend them enough. Outstanding company.

We had diffacult drainage issue and they handled the situation very well with communication and vision and great efforts. Very happy with them. Cleaned up the work site well. I will use them again!

Absolutely outstanding company. Gerardo and his crew ( which included his awesome, very hard working son, Junior) were a dream to work with. Very communicative, prompt, and honest. They went above and beyond in insuring a job well done, with an impeccable attention to detail. Would recommend them to anyone needing high-quality work done on their yard, and I will definitely enjoy doing business with them again.

I hired Gerardo and his company to clean up the yard, but mainly to cut back the overgrown honeysuckle vines all along the back fence. I wanted the dead, brown vines removed from the top and sides of the fence so that we could repair and maintain the fence and so that the vines can start over fresh. I texted him to confirm that he will remove the dead vines on the top and sides of the fence and he texted back, “That is correct.” The result is very disappointing as seen on the photos. Also, Gerardo completely cut, to the ground, and without permission, a perfectly healthy plant that provided a privacy screen. Lastly, he estimated $880 for the job, which I believed at the time, was for at least 8 hours of work. He arrived at around 7:45 AM and called it quits at 11:30 AM. Beware of this guy
