Can not recommend.Not timely on communication. We needed a new pool liner for our above grounds pool. Terrell stated how busy they were but they would get to us ASAP. We were expecting within the next couple of weeks,not the next day. The next day his installers showed up late in the evening ready to take our old liner out and install a new liner. Ants had gotten under our pool and caused the liner to stretch and break. We had tried to get Terrell to give us a quote several times with no response. We needed a firm quote so we could get the appropriate funding. He suggested to us to use Lendmark,however we wanted to use our local bank. We felt rather put out by them showing up late in the evening before we had a chance to get our funds together. The young man who worked with the installer

We just got another above ground pool from Terrell's Pools.....this is actually our 3rd or 4th, each one lasting 10 to l3 years. He assisted us with what we were looking for in an updated pool, had good people to install, the setup and grading were amazing and I'm proud of my pool. My husband told him at the time he ordered that he wanted it installed before my birthday and it was. We all want things done ASAP and sometimes it takes a little longer but the final result is what is important. Thanks Terrell!

It has been a pleasure doing business with them at Terrell’s Pools & Spas. They helped me decide on the right pool for our family. From the courteous and friendly staff at the store, to Terrell himself being honest, accommodating and fair, also the professional installers doing a great job, it was an overall great experience. Buyers BEWARE!!! I contracted with terrell in January of 2023 and till this day has not completed, took him 9 months just to put the liner in. my pool has never had a final inspection done, never pulled the permits. liner is hanging in spots, soft spots in the bottom of the pool. never even shown how to use any of the equipment. had more excuses than anything.

I stopped in and went over what I was looking for in an above ground pool. He sent me his number and said wanted my business. When it came time to start I couldn’t get in touch with him. Said was going on vacation then I called and texted and he wouldn’t answer or call me back. I understand that I was in Loganville and may have been too far. He said he could do but again never heard anything back. I would have appreciated a call and say I can’t do it. But not even a common curiosity call to tell me
