My sister and I called Terry Massey due to the kitchen sink hot water flow being low, and they sent someone out the same day. David was able to quickly resolve the issue as well as diagnose the root cause and make solid recommendations for the long term. And we also had him look at an old toilet and he again diagnosed the problem and gave us several options for moving forward. We chose to have him replace the whole toilet. I was impressed with his communication skills and personable and down to earth manner. He was also very clear about pricing and told us what it would cost to move forward before going ahead. Great people, excellent service!

They came within a day after I contacted them and kept in touch when their arrival time was delayed. They diagnosed the bathroom sink leak, went to Home Depot to purchase a new faucet (since I didn't like the one they had available) and installed it in no time at all. They were professional and very pleasant which i really appreciated. Definitely will be my go to plumbers.

Top notch experts David and Micah did an awesome job in my basement repairing a fitting that had rusted out from probably 80 years ago .
