VERY VERY BAD customer service. My mom is a very old woman and went to Terry's Plumbing Supply Inc. and purchased an oil boiler for over $3,200. They sold a part with the boiler that is defected and they realized that after. Even though we have a years worth of warranty for the parts, they REFUSE to help her and have her crying and running all over. Aside from refusing to replace the one part, they refused to refund the price of the part so she can purchase from elsewhere. She spoke to Babu and the female manager and they had her running in a circle. Very unprofessional. I have reported a complaint against their business as well as made my mom go and file papers In court because the plumber advised her to do so since we have proof of everything. UPDATED RESPONSE TO OWNER: This is VERY funn

This place is awesome. Great location and not to mention great customer service! I'll continue to recommend this store to everyone you won't be disappointed they have it all! 💯👌
