Mark and his crew did a fantastic job for us. On time, communicative, follow-up. Highly recommend Tessier’s for all your HVAC needs! Mark worked with our other contractor, met with us a couple of times before the job, was a professional through the whole process.

It took their technicians three visits over 4 days for Tessier's to install a simple furnace humidifier, which they chose and supplied for my furnace. After the first day the initial technician that performed the installation told me it was normal that my furnace was kicking on and off ever 30 seconds that it would stop once the humidity in the house reached the set point of 20%. I called the following day (day 2) after my furnace continued to operate like this all night and into the next day. The initial tech returned the following day (day 3) wiggled some wires and said he thought he wired the controller backwards so he re-wired it and left. I called him later that evening because the furnace would turn on and the fans would continue running and would not turn off and had be running cont

My business waited a week for Tessier's to come service our AC unit. Upon arrival, the driver called but we could not answer as we were assisting guests. Since he did not connect with us over the phone, he left and never even came into the business despite the fact that we were open. When we got a free moment to call back, he said that he had left and that we would need to call back for another technician resulting in many more days/weeks of waiting for repair. Simply walking into the business would have solved the issue.

We woke up to find out that our furnace was not working. The pilot light was out. They sent us someone within an hour on a Sunday. Very honest because it only turned out to be a dirty thermocouple and once he cleaned it, we were good to go. Thank you!!

I had gene come over and quote me a new a/c condenser cause my old unit was not performing as it should - he advised me that for a bit more money that i could get a new furnace and all the a/c parts that needed to be upgraded. best decision i could have made and good advice from gene cause he has been doing this for a long time. kudos gene and all the install crew - these guys are very professional - fast and my furnace is working like a champ - we even had an issue with the wall thermometer and they came right over and swapped it out the same day to get me back up and running if you want it done right - these are the guys to call thanks mike schon rapid city sd
