The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the system was working properly before leaving. Teton Waterworks is the best well drilling company in East Idaho! Fast, professional! They drilled a deep residential water well near Idaho Falls Shelley area, installed a reliable constant-pressure system, and handled permitting!!!! I’m the owner of Wanstrom Builders and we build custom homes. Kelly and Hunter recently did a well for us in Firth. They were prompt and answered all my questions. I spent 2 hours with them as they worked. Their attention to detail was remarkable. They were friendly and taught me a lot about their process. They have recently changed the people that install their pumps and perform their service work. They now use L & C pump which do phenomenal work. I will be using Teton Water Works for all my future work.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! My contractor used this company to drill my well for my new home. After roughly 2 years the pump had started running constantly, so I called them to schedule me in for a service call, I was informed they were 4 weeks out, I gave them my name and address to put me in the schedule, I informed them to put me in there schedule but I was going to try and see if someone else could fit me in in the meantime because the pump constantly running was ringing up an insane power bill. Dennings well drilling came right out within a couple of days, discovered that galvanized steel fittings where used when brass fittings should have been used because of the type of water. The water ate a hole in the steel fitting and was causing a massive leak. They informed me that if t
