It was a great pleasure meeting Jonathan and Charlotte when we got our quote. They were so fun and personable, and he even played with our gladiator dane. They made the process easy and stayed in touch up and through installation. For the installation we got Roger and Ryan. These two were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very professional but personable and understanding. They took great care of everything and even go our living room done inside the first day just so that I could have my husband help to move the furniture back before leaving town. They were respectful of our home and our need to keep our dogs at bay but also let them out to play in the yard. Roger reached put each morning and also communicated throughout the day. Roger, Ryan and Sebastian were so easy to deal with. They were very good about taking the time to answer questions. It was a challenge to remove the old windows but they handled it very professionally. They were here late because of it and still were smiling. It was a very pleasant experience from the quote to the final install. Highly recommend.

We had Window World come out and replace all of our windows back in 2009. It was a great deal back then, and it is a great deal still today! We had a window that got broken and a couple that failed, and they scheduled us right in...16 years after we purchased windows from them in the first place, wow🤯. They stood right behind their warranty. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!! I was so greatful that there was no squabble or fuss. Great installers, quick, friendly and efficient. They even noticed some worn ballancers that I wasnt even going to have replaced, and took care of those for me as well. Charlotte was gracious, and wonderful to work with too. Good stuff all around, I would highly recommend this window team, and would use them again and again for all my window needs!

This review is a little late, as the holidays distracted me. However, I feel that having our new windows for a couple of months allows me more info to share. Our mobile home windows needed replacement, and Window World was right there to do the job. On the coldest of days here in Idaho, Roger and Ryan arrived promptly and within the day had completed a 9 window removal and installation. Quietly, professionally, with good humor and no loud music (if you know, you know), they made everything they did appear effortless and problem free. They worked with our comfort in mind as well, room by room, because it was so cold. The extra info is that the inside temperature in our little nest is now MUCH improved, the heating is no longer running like crazy, and outside noise abatement is fabulous!

What a pleasure working with a company with such integrity and professionalism! Eastern Idaho is fortunate to have them. From beginning to end it was a great experience. We were planning to replace all of our upstairs windows. Jonathan came out to provide an estimate and go over the products and process. Some of the windows selected would be a change from the existing ones and he made sure we understood what that would be. Once we accepted the plan the windows were ordered. Jonathan and his crew returned for the installation and were courteous, friendly and fun to work with. The installation went smoothly without any hitches and they even completed the job in less time than anticipated. It was a real pleasure working with such a professional crew.
