They came to my home to do the inspection , arrived late then went on top and removed 6 shingles and put some sort of tarp over the spots.(WITHOUT MY PERMISSION) Told me about it afterwards. My insurance inspector came out didn't find any major damage (9 year old roof)so Texan Roofing couldn't do whatever they needed to do so they left this tarp on my roof and I've been trying to get someone out here for almost a month now. " NO RESPONSE NEEDED JUST SHARING MY EXPERIENCE "
