Just a huge shout out to Fred and the entire Year Round Construction team for the full rehab of my rental home near Dallas Love Field. Lifestyles member here and Fred's team completed a full rehab from floor to ceiling in 80 days, on schedule with no issues. Communication was spot on every week and i would totally recommend YRC to anyone rehabbing a SF home in the DFW area.

Fred and his team are great, they have done quite a few projects for me and even help renovate my mother-in-laws house. Very nice finish outs and easy to work with.

So I purchased a fixer upper that has never been updated since it was built in 1972. Mr. Fred, the owner of Year Around Construction came over and looked at everything I wanted fixed. He told me exactly how much everything would cost, which was within my budget and they got the job done. They updated the garage with a new pantry, the living room with added lights and ceiling fans, the entrance way, hallway, 2 bathrooms plus new waterlines and they made my closet bigger. They did an awesome job on my home. I will be calling them back to do the kitchen and 4 bedrooms.
