Texas Certified Restoration

Our water heater leaked and water drained out a vent into our kitchen. After the plumber replaced our water heater he gave our info to a restoration company. They came out within 2 days and did a quick look and came back with a starting estimate of $3500 and more. That don’t sit right with us so we contacted Texas certified restoration and Tracey came out and tested for moisturizer. It was completely dry and no water damage. He was honest and save us thousands. We definitely will recommend them

Tracy came out after hours to remove water damage from an overflowed toilet. He explained everything that he was doing and what needed to be done. Knowing he has years of experience in the field eased my mind. The workers he had got the job done removing my flooring. I can't thank him and his staff enough for a job well done.

We recently had our Samsung refrigerator flood our kitchen, dining room, and master closet. We called Tracy and he was out the same day. He was reassuring, kind, and very detailed. He let us know how our process would most likely work (we had just filed our insurance claim, so we were a bit clueless on next steps) and walked us through exactly what he was doing and why. He got all of the demolition done in one day, left some dehumidifiers and fans for a couple days, then came back to make sure everything was dry and ready for restoration. He also made sure everything in the affected area was cleaned - maybe cleaner than when he got here! Highly recommend!
