Texas Cleaning Services

I purchased a cleaning from Texas Cleaning Services for my parents. They keep their home pretty clean, however, I thought it would be nice to give my mom a break from basic cleaning like vacuuming/mopping the floors and cleaning toilets. I researched different cleaning services in the area and decided TCS was one of the best options as all of their locations had great reviews. I was excited and told my parents to let me know how their house looked when they got home from work. I figured for as much as the service cost, and only basic cleaning needing to be done, things had to go well. Well, my mom text me and said she didnt think they cleaned the floors, but the toilets were ok. 😏 I will attach one of the pictures she sent me of her floor. EDIT*** For reaching out to me 3 months late, they are closing my account and dismissing any payment whether I had one or not. I suppose this was a better way of them handling this. They provided services on 10/24/23 and I sent payment that day to them as well for everything and they confirmed over the phone that i was paid up. Now almost 3 months later they send me an unpaid amount invoice, asking me for more money.

One person was sent to do a FULL detailed cleaning . There were rooms that were not touched at all . It was not a 1 person job . (It was rectified ) However , I disagree with the company blaming the 1 person they sent . I also don’t want to be told the person is going to be reprimanded. Very unprofessional, my issue was not with the individual they sent .

Texas Cleaning Services handled the post-renovation mess effortlessly. Our place looked better than we imagined.
