Rob made us feel like we were his only customers. His response time was excellent. He always made sure I got exactly what I asked for and never made me feel like I was being a pain. I have never had such a good experience with a contractor EVER. They made our vison for our home come to life and in a very reasonable time. Even when I did not love how something turned out Rob would get it fixed asap. Excellent communication, I always new the schedule for the week and when he said someone was showing to do a job they did at the exact time he said they would. In late 2025, our home got hit hard by a freak hailstorm. The next day, a man named Parker knocked on our door to offer a free inspection of our roof. He took pictures and walked us through his findings. He said that our roof suffered a lot of damage. After speaking with him and checking into the company, we decided to hire them to do our roof replacement. Parker was amazing every step of the way. He walked us through everything and was very thorough with his communication and setting expectations. I know that many contractors are wonderful up front, but when you sign with them, they do a complete turn and communication can be minimal. Not so with Texas Direct Roofing! They answered our questions every step of the way and made sure that we were kept in the loop. We even changed our roof

He walked me through the whole process from start to finish and was in constant contact in case I had any questions or concerns. The customer care is amazing which is high priority for me. We were told by several roofers that they could get a new roof for us but never could . Then Kittie showed up and a roof got approved by insurance. Then we decided to add a sun room before the roof. It was not a problem even with huge banking delays. So the room was built and the roof was replaced. We love the room and the roof. Kittie is the most customer service oriented person I’ve ever dealt with. Every phone call answered every text responded to. Never any excuses only solutions. The construction company that did the room was also exceptional. We are very happy with the whole project (except for the banking part) thank you.

Jamie Walker was great to work with. He was very professional and worked with us to find the best product to meet our needs. Jamie was kind and patient with us and answered every question we had, always putting our needs first. Jamie’s team was great, too. They were efficient and the quality of work and cleanup was A+!
