I was sceptical about delivering here because of the reviews but I noticed that they were all older reviews, so I'm going to post my experience. I arrived the night before for an early delivery, I was 15 minutes early at the shipping door but I was just calmly waiting while playing with my phone watching videos and a employee noticed me and came out and asked me if I was a delivery and said yes as I handed him my paperwork so he could see what I was carrying, he then asked me to back in door 28, and I got backed in at 7am and he brought me my paperwork at 7:13 because he was done already.. so all in all was a very pleasant experience!

I got here several hours early and slept on the lot. There is a long parking lot island I across from the docks with room on either side for about six trucks. There are other places around I’m sure but space is limited. I was the first one in the door when they unlocked it at 7am, I was the first driver assigned a door and backed up to it before anyone else. That was 3 hours before they even opened the dock door! It just seems like their regular, local LTL drivers get first priority. Sure takes a long time to unload only nine pallets! Be prepared with snacks and drinks. They got two stars because of the parking and the plastic porta-john!

wont load you earlier then your appt time, even though all docks are empty and no trucks at all waiting to get loaded or unloaded. fk this place, they dont value truckers time.
