If I could leave no stars, I would. I was approached by one of their sales people to start buying my doors and trim from their company. He pursued me vigorously though I was currently happy with his competitor. With horrible judgment on my part, I decided to start placing orders with this company. Literally every single order had problems. The sales rep stated to me that he was sorry for the trouble and actually resigned from the company after he, himself was frustrated with management. The incorrect door sizes, conflicting emails and excuses from the sales department and the accounting department, vague and rude explanations and responses from their management team is what you should expect when there is a dispute in there mis-management of your invoices. Leaving our recent (12/2020) unfortunate experience with Texas Door and Trim from the build of our forever home in Keller. Purchased our double 6-pane front door through our builder, and before we were even a year out, the panels in the bottom of both doors have separated and we can now see light through both from the inside. After contacting our sales rep, beginning many months ago, Joe, NUMEROUS times, there has been no resolve. He was VERY aware that the door was made incorrectly from the start and assured us that after install if there were issues, that it would be taken care of. The door is wood, showing very poor quality, and response to our issues has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I have dealt with them before and have had issues with quality on some doors we had built a spec for in Frisco, TX. Today I texted my sales rep Patti bc I needed a new barn door due to poor quality (I was willing to buy a new one and be on my way). I tell sales rep 80/30. Her response “so you want your door to be 80 inches wide by 30 inch in height” it’s then I realized the disrespect and will never use them as a vendor again. I learned my lesson and will be staying away from this establishment. Thanks Patti for the amazing customer support.

walked into this place cause got sign outside need help. a short Latin lady helped me.. hey this place dont have even a place to fill the form, the receptionist said dont have h.r dept and cant seat on the front cause that is for customers only .... yearrrr rrrrrrr.. pls need to breading thsi is not good guys cheap labor guest they looking for .. i wont give that .. dont do this job guys .. last put a up for us hard working man...
