Not even a call back? Sounds like this happens a lot and you're not interested in additional work. Good for you I guess you don't need more business, but a simple call back is very helpful and appreciated.... even if to say you can't look at this new opportunity.

I also tried contacting with no results. Finally got a reply email only saying he couldn’t help me at this time - no other explanation. Poor business practice.
