Fred Montemayor does not have a clue on what he is doing and does not deserve the single star. He is a poor project manager, poor record keeper. He remodeled our home after a water leak in the walls and he did not hire a single licensed plumber or electrician to do repairs. In fact, they left the plumbing and electrical in worse condition than before they started. The plumbing and electrical work he said as "completed" did not pass building code. We had to hire new contractors to repair the mess this poor projector manager left behind. He had his tile guy do our plumbing and actually had a major water leak so bad a day before we moved in that Fred had to drill holes in the new cabinets and sheetrock wall to dry.
