Really bad costumer service, owner is extremely rude like if he didn't want to sell anything. Prices are ridiculously expensive. Very unprofessional, definitely not recomended

We purchased a $275 tree from these people at the end of October last year. The tree did not sprout new growth this year even though we continued to water it and now it appears to be dead. When we went by to see if they could make some type of adjustment on a new tree they flat out refused. I talked to Charlie the person that sold us the tree and he like his wife refused to make any type of adjustment. When I asked him if he would do me the courtesy to come look at the tree he responded he was not interested. His response was "no, I'm not interrested because we have to work out in this heat and then have to deal with 'you people' . I felt this was very unprofessional and unbecoming of an understanding businessman. We highly discourage anyone from doing business with them.

We got really great grass. Price was just a bit higher than others in the area but it was well worth it. Price to deliver and to lay down the grass was extremely reasonable which balanced out the price. We went back several times to buy more. Overall, we got really great service and excellent product.

I was looking to buy grass when the female owner showed me a pallet of very brown and hard grass squares. She went on to explain that I will not find green grass during the winter months and all I would need to do is water it and the grass will turn green. She was very pushy and after I told her I had just bought some at lowes she said they paint their grass green. Why in the world would a company like lowes paint their grass is beyond me. Needless to say I did not buy it and was able to find quality very green grass at Dudas in Mcallen. Save your money and time because this business seemed like they were money hungry.

The owner was lovely and explained what kind of plants she had and how to care for them. the plants i bought are great and the owner was extremely helpful when trying to find what plants i should get. I’ll definitely come again :)
