Despite never requesting ongoing contact, I continue to receive repeated marketing texts that feel more like harassment than professional outreach. Ignoring opt-out signals or pushing unsolicited messages shows a lack of respect for consumer boundaries and privacy. Businesses that rely on aggressive, unwanted communication often prioritize sales over trust. If a company won’t respect your time and preferences before you’re even a customer, it raises serious concerns about how they treat people after they’ve earned your business. Rafael was very professional, communicated well with updates, very committed to the schedules discussed. He was knowledgeable and explained the details of the work performed. He and his crew did an amazing job replacing my shingles that matched exactly. They cleaned up well. I would highly recommend. They did an amazing job!!

3 cold calls in 2 days to a number on the national do not call list. Asked to remove 3 times, still calling. If they don't care about those laws, which ones do they care about?
