so i was looking online for hours to get some advice about what can be done about my home A/C being very out of date, leaking, etc. while hopefully not spending a huge amount of money. i looked up family owned HVAC companies near me and a gentleman named Ron answered (at almost 5pm on a Saturday) And i explained to him i that i was just looking for advice. which he gladly gave, he answered l of my questions politely, intelligibly, and honestly for over 10 minutes, knowing he wasn't going to make any kind of sale from talking to me. so i just wanted whoever decides to check the reviews on this company to know that they at the very least would be dealing with kind hearted, honest people. also Ron did at one point say "I've been doing this over 40 years" and he intends to do it till he die
