After meeting with 3 different window installers, we went with the Texas Window Store primarily due to product variety/selection and cost. We had all of our windows and 2 French doors replaced. Installation was scheduled and completed in October, 2025. After installation, two issues were identified, one window was scratched (identified by the Texas Window Store) and our large picture window had a small crack at the window bottom (identified by homeowner). I worked with the Texas Window Store and the window manufacturer (NT Window) to have the windows replaced. Both teams were extremely responsive and after 1 unsuccessful attempt to address the 2 window issues identified, both the installer (Texas Window Store) and the window manufacturer (NT Window) came out together and successfully add

I LOVED working with Texas Window store after having a horrific experience at a big box chain store. I received immediate callbacks - a very knowledgeable salesperson (Patrick) who really listened to what I wanted and was VERY patient as I had a hard time making up my mind. The installation process went great and James (project manager), Rocky (one of the owners) and the crew were so respectful and hardworking. Just a great crew. And everything was included in the price, measurement, install, etc. They were with me every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend. (And my new French doors look gorgeous!!)

Jesse, Roque and the rest of the team were amazing! They were all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. They helped us find suitable windows to replace our old ones from the 40’s. They worked with our tricky pregnancy schedule and were able to quickly install the new windows in our bedroom and nursery with minimum impact to our sleeping situation. Would highly recommend their services and would definitely tap them again if needed.
