I call the towing company 2 minutes after it took my daughter’s car to ask how much it will cost me to get the car out 207$ for just just 6 minutes drive. From where I live it is ridiculous

I bought a truck from these guys. It was not in the condition as described. Additionally, it has been more than 35 days since I paid them for the truck and they have yet to send my title. The customer service is the worst I've experienced. They do not return calls, let alone answer their phone once they know that it's your number. They have treated me as though I am the problem! Absolutely pitiful experience.

If i could give zero stars i would. Owner Jason called me a “smartass” after inquiring about their insane fees. Then proceeded to tell me that’s the max amount that he can charge and he has the ability to lower it but is not willing to because i’m questioning their fees. Two ladies at the “front desk” ( cause its a run down trailor) were very disrespectful. not to mention they left my interior lights on in my vehicle and killed my battery. this company deserves to be shut down for talking to people the way they do and their lack of empathy.

I just got off the phone with Matt and when I say I am disgusted, I wish I could think of a better word. My car was towed and I called to inquire about getting the address to the location so I could make arrangements to come to collect the vehicle since it was cleared. Matt was so rude. He asked for my make and car, name only to say they are closed. I understood and asked for the address to make arrangements to get a ride and he literally refused to give me the address, as if he thought I would come to break the car out(that’s now already paid!) Stating over and over he would not provide me the address until 9am tomorrow. Yelling saying he’s not going to argue with me. WHY DID YOU PICK UP IF YOU ARE CLOSED ?!? Their hours are 10AM-2PM.Not even enough time for someone to pick up their vehicle with a full time job. Nowhere on their poor quality website did it mention that so I had to call. Person who answered was ridiculously rude and was so incompetent he didn't know how to answer my questions and just hung up. Not only are you taking someone's only means of livelihood and stealing it from their property during a PANDEMIC you don't even have basic human decency to communicate appropriately. Having a little more heart and soul should be your 2021 resolution TFS r Recovery and I'm not really sure how all that stolen money you're rolling in let's you sleep at night.
