Last year I hired a carpenter to build a garden shed, and at the last minute (due to a family situation), he was unable to move forward with the project. This put me in a bind because items requiring storage (garden tools, ladder, lawn furniture, croquet set, kayak, bike, grill, etc.) were monopolizing space in my tiny summer cottage -- to the point where I couldn't use my living room! I had Kelly do a massive remodel at my house. He was very competent did things on time and even went beyond to make things a little more personal. We were on a budget and he found several ways to keep us financially on target. Not sure what the other person above is talking about but i'm sure its bogus.
