Excellent service in an emergency situation. Helped after hours on a weekend. Sean was fantastic and explained along the way what was happening and the remedies he needed to fix it. Even took time to answer my dopey questions. Major lifesaver and would highly recommend.

They came out the same day I called to fix my hot water heater (wasn’t broken). Apparently there is a dial on the bottom that is easy to adjust/ turn (a dog can do it) which so happened to get turned to low. As I wasn’t given any instructions or guidance over the phone Shawn and Travis came in and immediately realized that it was as simple as turning the dial back to hot. They even laughed at the misunderstanding. They were here for 60 seconds did not test the water. They spent more time taking my card information than they did “fixing” (turning the dial) issue. The first thing that the employee over the phone should confirm is that the dial is turned knowing that it’s a simple solution. We've had TGM service our heating system a few times as well as a plumbing leak, and some work done on our venting for our dryer. They are a pleasure to work with. They are reliable, professional, honest and get the job done efficiently and properly. We will continue to use them for our HVAC and plumbing needs and recommend them to others as well.

Extremely pleased with this service. Our heater went out and we had someone to our house the next day. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what parts they were going to replace. They did it quickly and with professionalism. We also felt the price was more than fair and honest.
