T. H. Malloy & Sons recently installed a new oil tank for our son. I had the opportunity to be present as they did the work. The workmanship was outstanding. The crew of men were very professional and guided us thru the entire procedure. We highly recommend this company for your oil and propane needs.

T.H. Malloy is amazing! We were getting low on oil right before a major snow storm and without even having to contact them, the owner himself came out on a Sunday and refilled our oil before the storm. He woke up early and drove all around RI to ensure his customers had the oil they needed to make it through the storm! Thank you!

Mark and I highly recommend TH Malloy to anyone. The service techs and the service manager Craig go above and beyond to help others. We were hearing a thumping noose when the furnace would start up every time. Mark and Craig came out here several times to try to figure out the problem When they arrived it would stop but this did not stop these two men from trying to figure out the problem. They are professional and caring individuals and we could not thank them enough for figuring it out It’s not just those two gentlemen but the entire company Mark and I are truly grateful. I was a customer of T H Malloy Oil for many years and participated in their budget plan. In spring 2025, I notified them that I would no longer be using oil to heat my home. They assured me that any credit on my account would be refunded at the end of the budget period in July. When July came, I had a credit of over $700. They said a check would be sent in a few weeks. After a month with no check, I called back and was told the “credit department” would contact me—no one ever did. I called again in September and was told they would process the refund. Then in October, they charged me for a boiler service plan even though I had canceled their services months earlier. Finally, in November—four months later—I received my refund. New customer to T.H. Malloy & Sons. Replacement of large propane tanks at our home and reoccurring Gas Propane fill up customer. Jack Malloy himself did the installation, pressure testing on the system. He found a minor leak upon testing and repaired it himself. They placed remote monitoring on our propane tanks that they monitor and fill as needed. Highly recommend, great experience!!
