Thames Lawn Care, Pressure Washing, & Septic Service

My elderly Mom and I were in need of septic cleaning. I called Thames and spoke to a lovely woman named Carla. We set up an appointment for the following day. A gentleman came with in the timeframe that was set. He informed us septic cleaning should be done every 5 years. Because my parents didn't follow this protocol over the years and grease was clogging pipes we needed a second visit. Someone came back that evening and he took care of it ! We are very happy with the service and highly recommend Thames Lawn care and Septic cleaning service.

Called for a quote to have an irrigation system installed on my half acre property. Carla told me how experienced Mr. Thames is and really had me looking forward to working with their company. About two days later I received a text message from her stating that they could not help me and recommending three other companies. No explanation, no one ever came out to give an estimate or see what the job would entail, so it’s strange to me that they are telling me they can’t help me all of a sudden. I guess they don’t need the business so don’t waste your time contacting them!

We needed our septic tank pumped, and Thames Septic Service responded promptly. With four people in our household and our bathrooms out of commission, it was definitely a crisis! A friendly lady named Carla kept us updated on the truck’s arrival time. My son and I located the tank and cleared the dirt from the top. We had the lid open so the operator could start pumping as soon as he arrived. Squeaky did a thorough job, and although it’s not a pleasant task, he was cheerful and had a positive attitude throughout. Thames has late model equipment, and we enjoyed the humorous graphics on the truck. Highly recommended, a 5-star service!

I called with concerns about my septic beginning to back up. They advised me about the issue then came out and found that the tank was fill completely. They pumped it out clean and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Thanks for a job well done, I would definitely recommend them for sure!!!
