That 1 Painter Beaumont - Port Arthur

This is not a paid review, which is what it seems like most of their reviews are. I hired this company for a very large project ( gutter/soffit paint, lime wash red brick house, garage interior and the exterior of a 1200sf shop) with a requested deadline and was told it would be no problem to meet the deadline. First and foremost, this is not a “painting company”, they are simply an intermediary. Meaning, the people that do the work are not employed by this company. They simply get the job, send it out to contractors and give the job to the lowest bid. Making it impossible to ensure the quality they portray because they have no idea who will be doing the work. Looks good from far away! HORRIBLE! Never completed job…and never came back for final payment. We have been waiting since before Christmas for them to come back out and finish the job. They left paint all over our brand new roof, pool equipment, gardens. Left tape around windows(still there) pressure wash destroyed screens, roof of shop; not included in cost, why, but did as a “favor”(2010 shop….needed paint) did not follow through with contract in anyway). PM (Shawn) dropped a credit card, not in his name) on first walk through, then called my husband at 8pm to send him the # so he could make a purchase. They hired a 3rd party company, who they did not give full job scope to, and asked them to complete in an unrealistic timeline(after hiring a company who took more than a week to compl

Excellent, Excellent service. Great pricing. I am extremely happy and excited for the garage paint job! They used a primer to remove previous pet odors. We can finally utilize the garage space. Nate was so professional and kind. He prepped the area before he started and cleaned everything when he finished. They completed the job in 2 days. Definitely recommend.

I am soooo pleased with my paint job and I had soo much fun with the very pleasant workers. I needed a wall and wooden beam on my stairwell painted that was too high for me to reach. The guys were very professional and ensured everything met my expectations and satisfaction. I can’t wait to finish the lower walls - Thanks Jr for an amazing job and thank you Shawn for fixing the previous mix up and swiftly moving to ensure the job was done

From the get go…. Excellent service…. Shawn and Byron are top notch … I have adopted them as family. The most hard working people I have ever met. So ecstatic with the finished project!!!!…… would definitely use them again!!!! Thank you for taking such great care of us!!!!
