Had a great experience working with Corey when we purchased my dual grade sauna that has infrared and the traditional components. From ordering to delivery to set up and then install with Evan was seamless. It was a great collaborative team effort to make the work go smoothly. I was very fortunate my neighbor Sandy had recommended the Rochester company and I followed her recommendation to go with Thatcher Pools and Spa, and it made the choice simple as well as they were very competitive in their pricing. Corey was great to work with! We had various questions and unsure what we really wanted and he was great with helping us find a hot tub that will be enjoyable for everyone in our family. Corey and Thatcher have been awesome. Corey was a no pressure salesman, helped us find the right tub for our family. Communicated clearly and went out of his way to help us thread a needle of a project with changing dates and weather delays. Did a bunch of extra service things to help us get it up and running including a late Friday night phone consult and even running over before work on Saturday morning to help with a missing item so I could get it going for the weekend.
