Thayer DB designed and remodeled our kitchen, the pantry/laundry room, a bathroom, and our dining room in Corvallis. They did a magnificent job. Thayer staff are very flexible in every aspect of the job. We were able to stretch the design phase out for 6 extra months so we could to the remodel in better weather and get all the details right. They facilitated design of a custom backsplash and lighting for the kitchen and dining room. Construction went smoothly and largely on schedule. Thayer builders are top-notch, treating our home as if it were theirs. They did everything they could to minimize noise and mess. The quality of construction is excellent. Thayer was also very pet-friendly, treating our ailing cat as if he were the boss (he is), and making sure sub-contractors also treated him

We worked with Thayer to remodel our adjoining kitchen/family room. It was an involved project due to resizing the island, removing a pantry, fireplace and a wet bar along with reorienting both rooms. The results were excellent and the team of people that worked with us throughout the process are excellent.
