Did a great job w the big structural stuff. But putting 2 windows and a door crooked. Failed to correctly flash the porch he installed. And made the walls and a portion of the floor uneven. Also the whole side of the wall was uneven. The people putting in my siding had to float a lot of it because the plywood they installed was uneven. The porch wall was uneven. The worst part is that they refuse to stand by their work. After being told of the issues and asked to come back and fix it they said to find someone else to fix their mistakes. I definitely don’t recommend this service. Keep looking.

Great work, we got the porch of our dreams across the front of our house. Re-roofed the garage and resided the whole house, and replaced many of our windows. All as promised, great team great work. If I have another project, like that finished basement Ive been thinking about, they will be my first and only call.

Some of the most talented people out there. I had the pleasure of working with them for several projects at Hampshire College. These guys are true artists and masters at their craft.

Thayer Street Associates turned our large two-story garage in Haydenville, MA into a wonderful home for my wife and myself in 2018. We originally chose Thayer Street to be our builders because of our meeting with Vern Harrington, the head of the company. He has a quality that  inspires trust and generates confidence in his experience and ability (I actually said to my wife after our meeting with him, "That man shines."). We absolutely made the right choice given our experience with them: complete integrity, knowledge and experience gained from years in the business, and many good suggestions to make the place more harmonious and beautiful.
