She state’s she has never done work for me because my Maiden name isn’t on my email account 🤣 And for the comment about your worker it was a few not just one, So not sure what your trying to say by that reply.. Unfortunately I Really wish we could drug test the company’s we hire todo work on our properties. Very disappointed in the work & the attitude of the “Owner”.

I can’t say enough good things about every single person in this family crew! They were here after the storm right when I needed them. Very careful and efficient with multiple safety challenges for fallen tree removal from my shed preventing further damage which shows they are experienced. Willing to help me get insurance coverage and wait for the approval. Each worker shows quality work ethics and thoroughly cleaned up during and after leaving the area cleaner than before!! No complaints at all! Wouldn’t take any money until completed the job then kindly waited 3 days until my insurance coverage was deposited for me before cashing my check.

They took advantage of my elderly in-laws to the tune of over $4000 dollars. Trimmed 2 trees, treated an obviously dead tree to "save" it, then decided it couldn't be saved and needed to be removed. They were supposed to come back to spread out the wood chips left behind (after not dumping them where we asked them to) and never came back. Several months later, they were removing trees from our neighbors property and had the nerve to approach my mother-in-law again to offer to do more work at inflated prices.

Thayers removed a large tree and 10 smaller trees for us that needed to come down. Their crew worked quickly but efficiently. They cleaned up everything and it looks great. All of the crew were professionals. I recommend them for any tree removals you need. Five stars.

This family team of workers are OUTSTANDING! They completed the jobs they were contacted to do with superb excellence and above and beyond what was required. Before leaving they made sure all affected areas were clean and they removed any and all debris. I feel that they treated me with honesty, integrity and a genuinely caring and kind attitude. Mine was an absolute OUTSTANDING experience and I would without hesitation recommend Thayer's Tree and Landscaping.
