The 1345 Garage

Thank you for getting us in and out fast! Next time I am in the area I know the garage I’m using. We came with two cars last night asked them to park them near each other so we wouldn’t have a long wait for the pick up and it was perfect the guys were amazing and friendly and had our cars in less than 3 minutes! I think it took us longer to huddle everyone in lol. Thank you for being super efficient wishing all of you a great start to 2026 but especially the 3 gentlemen from last night who I didn’t get their names but we were parked from about 4ish to about 9 one had a bushy beared with an earring, one was darker skinned and tall and skinny and the other looked of Spanish decent they were stellar so please extend our thanks to them. :)

1345 Garage held my car hostage on October 16th until I paid them $ 30 extra dollars AFTER reserving it on ParkHero 2 week in advance. They could not find my key making it seems as if I was late picking up my car. So I have been disputing this with my bank since October 2025. They have no one to contact so I will take them to court about this!

Customer service is very bad very rude they drive my car like a maniac and they charge u extra money

Rude employees who rip off customers. We were told parking for two hours costs $45. But they charged us $85! A ridiculous price for two hours of parking!!

Worst garage I have ever parked at. I was working an event at the Ziegfeld ballroom and booked thru Spot Hero and they ended up charging me an extra $10 as an oversized vehicle. I have never ever been charged as an over sized vehicle, my Kia rondo is about the same size as a classic Honda Prius. I even told the guy who was checking me in that I was working at the ballroom- Which is in the same building. He didn’t care. DO NOT PARK HERE. Awful awful customer service and they SCAM folks with the $10 oversized fee.
