No one wants to come home in August to a house that seems warm. No one wants to hear the words “the compressor is shot, here are your options”. But, if I have to replace my HVAC system, The AC Guys are top notch. Brett explained what was going on, compressor was on its last legs and was trying hard to cool the house, but then would overheat. Of course this was on a Friday. Brett told us that he could get a replacement compressor for our 15+ year old ac for 4-5k with a one year warranty, or we could replace it. GULP. We bit the bullet and bought a brand new system that was way more energy efficient, is super quiet and we are really noticing that it does a great job cooling the house down. The AC Guys are great. I’ve been using them for many years now I live in Wimberly called them yesterday to come out and take a look at my AC/heater that wasn’t working. Came out today, fixed it no problem. It was just a capacitor. Thank you, AC Guys Joe

Paid for a quick inspection and a unit and they diagnosed and fixed the issue in about an hour. Kevin is who was my tech that day. He was great. This is my fifth time working with the AC Guys. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

The AC guys always go above and beyond to get the job. I own multiple vacation rentals where my guests demand comfort, if I have HVAC problems the effects the guests stay that is refected in reviews of my homes. When problems come up The AC guys jump on the problem and get it fixed. I have even had guests comment in their reviews of my properties how great he crew that came over to fix the ac where!
