The Appliance Care Company is the best appliance company in this area. You will not be disappointed with the quality, speed, knowledge, and friendliness. Mason was our tech and he was exceptional, he went over and above to fix our oven. I recommend this company to anyone that needs an appliance fixed quickly and correctly, the first time.

I had two technicians and they both were exceptional. Austin came out to assess the situation and Thomas (Tom) did the actual repair. Tom was very meticulous and made sure I knew what he was doing. Both Austin and Tom were very personable and professional. I’d use Appliance Care again and will request Austin or Tom!

Our washing machine was not working correctly. The technician we had was Tyler and he was great- he showed me what the problem was and what to do to fix it. A week later once he got the part came to repair it but realized he forgot to check another part of the machine during his consultation. I appreciated him taking accountability for his mistake he wasn’t going to charge labor to fix the second issue- I thought that was nice. A few days later he came back and unfortunately he could not fix the second issue so the machine is not fixable. After 2 weeks of waiting it was not able to be fixed. Tyler told me his manger would call me to fix the payment since I paid in full $450 for the this. I never got a call- I called them and spoke with the manager Andy.
