The Appliance Center

I recently had a wonderful experience purchasing a Speed Queen washing machine from the Appliances Center, and I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I called, Bobbie was incredibly friendly and informative, making the process so much easier. I was able to schedule a pickup time that worked for me, and I truly appreciated how responsive everyone was. If you're in the market for reliable appliances, I wholeheartedly recommend the Appliances Center. I found it to be a better option than other major stores. While the prices may be a bit higher, the quality you receive makes it completely worth it.

Very rude, and won’t return calls about their poor workmanship. I wasted $304.00 for them to fix my refrigerator. They said it was repaired but the problem remains. I asked to speak to the manager who won’t call back. The girl who answers the phone rudely told me I was “irate” because I told her to let ME talk. All I wanted was for her to give the manager a message. NOT hear about how busy they are and how there’s nothing she can do. Go ANYWHERE else if you need a repair!

Sales was great. They delivered and tried to install 3 appliances one was a little aggravating so they gave up said I would have to do it. They left and it took maybe 5 minutes to get it in. Now the oven has went out 4 yrs later. I called for service. They said they would call back and schedule a time. I waited until almost closing no call. So I called them they relayed me to several different people. Finally got the service dept. This was a Friday they said it would be Monday or Tuesday they would let me know. Monday I called.and they said it would be Tuesday between 9-5. Tuesday I waited until 4pm and called to confirm they were coming. I was passed around to several people again, got the service dept. I ask if they were coming, after getting my name and address again then after a long p

Just got my new dishwasher installed, and I love it! This transaction with The Appliance Center was done remotely. I called on Tuesday, and was washing my first load Friday of the same week. The installer did an excellent job. Like a surgeon, he replaced the old one without even a smudge on my hardwood floors. Thank you The Appliance Center!

I was so impressed by the service of this establishment. I called about our microwave issue at our rental property on a Monday afternoon and had a new one installed by Wednesday am just time for the renters to arrive . Thanks so much for your prompt service !!!!!
