Fast and efficient! I called around 9 am and work was completed before 11:30 am the same day! The tech, Reysan, was great. He was very honest and assisted me with my issue. I would definitely recommend and use this company again!

Reysan arrived on time, diagnosed the issues with both my microwave and in fridge ice maker and was able to fix both on the second visits as soon as the parts arrived. He was also super friendly, gave tips on what to look out for if I have any other problems, and I would call the appliance squad again for future repairs (although hopefully not for a while!).

We had a great experience with the Appliance Squad specifically with their tech Reysan. It was very easy to schedule a service appointment online and we received text messages notifying us when he would arrive. Reyson was very professional and pleasant and knowledgeable on our issue. he fixed our issue with our refrigerator. He also did not make me, a woman, feel uncomfortable, which is very important to me. We would absolutely use Reysan again. Price for repair was also reasonable.
