The Arcade Garage

Conveniently located next to Hampton. We got a bit worried the next day, which happened to be a Saturday, whether we will be able to take the car out or not, since there are signs posted (which we missed when we go it in) that the garage was accessible to the general public only on weekdays. Reviews on Google also suggested that the car might be stuck inside till Monday. But they appeared to have changed their system. With the parking pass we were able to get into the garage and were able to retrieve the car on the weekend.

Decent hourly parking, less expensive than other hourly parking in downtown. However the CARPETED elevator smelled like piss. More a problem with downtown providence having about -5 public bathrooms but they should put some of the $$$$ they make on parking to at least replace the CARPET IN A PARKING GARAGE ELEVATOR with something more cleanable

The Arcade Garage is a reasonable priced parking garage in downtown Providence, RI. Ceilings are to low for cars with racks or storage containers, but otherwise the garage is safe and fine. I had a clear day the last time I was there and got some nice photos of the city as a bonus.

I wish I could give this 0 stars to be honest, me and my mother went to see a show last night and when we came back the gates where shut which resorted us to leaving our car and getting an Uber. So to any of you people that go to the garage, if you’d see the gate. Put your ticket under the gate and it will open up for you to get your car. We were told this the next day after calling

I had a dreadful experience at this place. I paid for the garage slot and didn't receive the ticket; instead, I got a payment receipt. When I presented the receipt to the attendant, they raised their voice, insisting on an additional $20, on top of the initial $17 payment. I won't be parking here again and advise everyone to exercise caution when using this parking facility.
