The Autopark at The Fashion District

Clean and easy to get to the fashion city building, but spaces per car look narrower. Paying a parking ticket wasn't processed in smooth when I tried to use my credit card, so I paid in cash.

We are currently trapped in the stairwell with our two young children bc we wanted to take the stairs instead of waiting on an elevator, and no one has picked up when calling the number on our parking slip for the last 15 min. No sign or warning whatsoever- this place is a hazard. My kids are scared and it smells like urine. Avoid at all cost!

I’ve used this garage several times by booking through the SpotHero app. Normally it’s affordable and convenient, with easy walking access to bars and venues nearby. But my experience here late at night was very disappointing and unsafe. After leaving a venue after midnight, I found that the elevator lobby doors were locked. When I tried to enter, I saw an employee inside the lobby. Instead of opening the door or calmly explaining what I should do, he just started yelling at me through the glass. I couldn’t even understand what he was saying, and he eventually waved me off with a disgusted look. We park at the Autopark at the Fashion District and our car along with many others were broken into, with the window smashed out, and everything inside the car thrown around and stolen. They suspect it happened in the middle of the night. We weren’t notified and when we returned to the garage the next day in the afternoon, glass was everywhere. We tried to get information from the office but unfortunately they were unable to help/ provide info regarding the situation. We just received the quote and our car between the inside and outside has over $4000 in damages. We are so disappointed.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I’ve always paid 12.00 to park here without any special vouchers and I checked the website before I left to confirm any new pricing to be on the safe side since I haven’t been in a little while. The website specified 3 hour parking for 12.00 with a voucher from mall security. I left City Winery after about 2 hours and 15 mins and went to pay for parking and it was 30.00!! I called the number on the website and the gentleman told me to come in the mall to get help. Walked to the mall and it had to be about 7 mall security including the PPD and no one knew what I was talking about.
