The Basement Expert

Today we had a basement done in one of our rentals. (SUNPOINTE TOWNHOMES) The work and professionalism were outstanding. Jeremia Anderson and his crew went above and beyond. Not only was the work completed in one day the work was done to perfection. We are looking forward to working with The Basement Expert, Jeremiah and his crew again!

They were thorough in explaining the work and why it works so well, which was very appreciated for someone like myself who really likes to understand these things. After a thorough review of the interior and exterior of the home, Phil made some recommendations that truly seemed based on best practices and was right in our budget. I had a cracked foundation with a bit of leaking. The Basement Expert sealed the cracks, stabilized the wall installed a sump pump. The foreman, Jeremiah Anderson, was very helpful and the job was completed quicker than expected and was good quality work. Nice job!
