2/20/2026 | Edit: I am incredibly disappointed to have to update this review yet again. My experience with The Bath Authority Columbus has been a nightmare of poor communication and broken promises. After months of back-and-forth, it took four months just to repair a hole they left in my wall—a task that required multiple visits for what should have been a few hours of work. To compensate for the repeated delays, missed work, and significant stress, the company promised a reimbursement check within 7–10 business days. Over a month later, the check has not arrived, and the company has gone silent, ignoring calls from both myself and my husband. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to take their business elsewhere. Do not trust them with your home or your hard-earned money. Edit:

This project was a shit show. We had originally asked for a simple quote from the company. They set am evening time for the person to come out. We did not realize it was going to be a sales person who would spend 4 ours pushing his sale on us. We got quoted originally 27k for a shower remodel only. I told him no because we had a quote for a bathroom remodel from a different company for way less that included the toilet and vanity. He called his people and got them to meet the quote. We said if they could finish the bathroom by a certain date then we have a deal. He said it was possible due to it being 5-6 weeks out and he would get his boss to expedite the project. The project did not meet the deadline. We were then told beginning of November, but then the beginning of November passed and

I had a shower replacement. D.J. and Alex did a wonderful job. Other than some drywall dust (which is expected) you would never know they were there. I will say the administrative part for schedule was a challenge. They scheduled me in I removed everything from the shower and then no one showed. I contacted Steven Woodruff who was our salesman and he did a great job. He called Cleveland and they called telling me I never got put on the list for install. Very disappointing since I already took down the shower rod and curtain. I wasn't going to give a positive interview until D.J. and Alex arrived and did such a great job. So yes, I would recommend the Bath Authority of Columbus. I marked not sure on the price because I think I could have gotten this cheaper. But the material us

Love what they done. Both D.J and Alex were very professional, nice, and courteous. Worked flawlessly together. Great team. Kept us informed of everything they were doing. We have never seen a crew be as professional, informative, and courteous as they were. We cannot say enough great things about the installers and the company itself. If you are considering doing any kind of remodel in this area, they are the company to choose. Plus they do other things as well. Its so hard to believe how things can go from a yucky tub to a beautiful shower. Best decision we've made in years.

1) The sales person said that the installers would wear shoe covers. They did not. They did have drop cloths, but they didn’t stay on them during the entirety of the install. Furthermore, they rolled up and removed the drop cloths before bringing all their stuff back to the van, so they made 3 more trips across my house and through my bedroom carpeting with no shoe covers and no drop cloths. 2) One of the installers helped himself to using the toilet. I think it would’ve been much more polite if he asked first. 3) The install was left unfinished as the installers brought the wrong parts for the shelves and corner cover. The installers said they would come back the next week to put on the shelves and corner cover that they forgot to bring, but I never heard back from them. So I called The B
